We prioritize families in rural barangays that frequently experience outages or have no reliable grid connection — especially those with children, elderly members, or anyone with a medical need that depends on electricity.

Applications are reviewed in order. We're starting in Ilocos Sur and expanding to new provinces as donations grow. If you're in another region, still apply — we maintain a waitlist.

Your privacy is protected. Your application details, contact information, and home location are never shared with donors or released publicly. Only our review team sees them.
